What we are looking for:

Store Team Member – Front of House / Back of House

• Assist guests in selecting meals and drinks, providing upsell suggestions
• Process guest orders through the POS system efficiently
• Deliver orders to the kitchen, and assist in preparing and packaging food and beverages
• Ensure food portions are accurate and appropriately packed
• Promote additional items to increase sales
• Handle payments, provide receipts, and serve food to guests
• Make sure all orders are complete and ready for pickup by guests
• Maintain quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to brand standards and deliver exceptional service every time
• Assemble and package orders in line with brand standards
• Focus on providing an outstanding guest experience at all times
• Answer the phone and handle inquiries
• Keep guest areas neat and tidy
• Communicate effectively with team members to accomplish tasks
• Support the development of other team members through training and guidance
• Welcome new team members to ensure smooth onboarding
• Help all team members achieve and maintain the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional products and service
• Demonstrate consistency in operational standards that positively impact the restaurant’s overall success

• Excellent communication skills, both with guests and team members
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times

• A solid understanding of the menu and the ability to explain it to guests
• Ability to follow instructions and work towards achieving brand standards
• Capable of filling out daily paperwork in accordance with restaurant standards
• Flexibility to work in both kitchen and front counter areas as needed
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels in the kitchen
• Ensure food safety standards are met consistently
• Follow food handling and safety procedures while preparing food
• Thoroughly clean kitchen equipment and utensils, adhering to sanitation standards
• Work with integrity and a focus on high-quality food preparation
